My work experience began in 1996, in the “Customer Care, Personnel Operations and Logistic Department” of an IT Italian company. In 2008 I started my  HR/recruitment career in one of the most important Italian agency/service company operating in the Oil and Gas sector.

Over all these years I developed higher competences and skills in the activity of Recruitment, Human Resource and Operations in specific industrial fields: Oil and Gas Onshore and Offshore, Chemical, Power Generation, Infrastructure and Railways, during the Engineering Phases, Construction Phases, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning Phases, Start-Up Phases, Operation and Maintenance to name a few (Read More à Portfolio & Project). Briefly, my main skills and competences can be summarized in the following list:

  • Complete recruitment/selection process management for specific job openings on behalf of the contractor.
  • Management of the on-boarding administration processes (Human Resource Planning, operation and logistic – Italian and not Italian personnel), manpower mobilization & demobilization, employment contracts/payroll (deep knowledge and competencies related to the Italian law D.Lgs 398/91 for Italian expatriates abroad), employee relations, compensation & benefits administration, personnel management and operations.
  • Leadership and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including all the aspects of strategic staffing, employee relations, benefits compensations, employee engagement, training and development, organization changes and human resources communication.
  • Project cost and budgeting management.
  • Continuous and consistent communication management with the clients.
  • Usage and content update of Applicant Tracking System to manage job postings, applicant data, and requisition.
  • Assurance of process modelling / improvement, change / design of organization within the company.
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management System.
  • Preparation of new Policies and Procedures in according with the project/Country.
  • Management of submissions from external recruiting agencies as well as negotiation of agency contracts and terms.
  • Planning and schedule management of hiring events including logistics, marketing and travel.
  • Preparation and transmission of offer letters and relocation agreements.
  • Assurance of Technical and Commercial support for tenders of clients.
  • Local authorities relationship assurance and coordination with the main client, to obtain visas, residence and work permits.
