HRBP | Employer Branding | Talent Acquisition | Global HR Operations

Hi there, I'm Giuseppe Palermo, and welcome to my little corner of the internet: an attempt to explain who I am and what I do without sounding like a résumé that learned to talk. Don't worry, I've left a proper CV around here too, in case you're the type who needs bullet points and LinkedIn endorsements to feel safe. The velvet rope is down, come on in.

Italian by birth, international by habit. On paper I live in Novara, a quiet town near Milan famous for good risotto and not much else happening. In practice I live out of a suitcase. Work and curiosity have dragged me across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and most of Europe, and if there's a country I've missed, it's probably because I was busy sprinting through an airport toward the next one. MY LIFE

Well…If you've already snooped around my profile (and let's be honest, you did) you've probably figured out I'm a Star Wars fan. Not just an "I like lightsabers" kind of fan: I'm talking full on, quoting Yoda in meetings, debating the Clone Wars at dinner kind of fan, and I collect the Lego figures too. So yes, the Force is strong with this one. And no, I don't own a Jedi robe. Not yet, but I have Darth Vader's helmet.

This section? It's the informal bit. The "here's the human behind the professional HR" part. The rest of the website is where I'm serious. This is where I admit I'm still caffeinated. (continued)
